Service Description
ClientBridge provides a Zapier-based workflow automation service designed to streamline client intake processes for law firms. The service includes workflow templates, setup guidance, and ongoing support.
License
Upon subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our workflow templates and automation configurations for your firm's internal client intake processes.
Requirements
To use our service, you must:
- Maintain an active Zapier account (Starter plan or higher recommended)
- Have access to the third-party services you wish to integrate
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
Payment and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. We offer a 14-day refund window if our service doesn't meet your needs. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase.
Limitations
Our service provides workflow automation tools and guidance. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages or limitations
- Data handling within your connected applications
- Legal compliance or professional responsibilities
- Customizations beyond our standard offering
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to updates and support will cease, but existing workflow configurations will remain functional in your Zapier account.
